For the third year in a row, DaZZee has been recognized by the MSP Titans of the Industry Awards. We were nominated in 2024 in the Government and Public Sector category, named a finalist in 2025 in the AI-Powered category, and we are a finalist again this year in Government and Public Sector. The awards will be presented in Beverly Hills this December.
This recognition belongs to our team. Every bit of it reflects the work they have put into pushing our own capability forward and, more importantly, raising the level of service we deliver to our clients.
Client experience drives almost every structural decision we make. It is why our teams are organized the way they are, why we measure and account for our KPIs daily, why we run dedicated departments with specialized focus instead of asking everyone to do a little of everything, and why we have invested so heavily in automation. All of it exists so our people can give clients their full attention.
Being recognized in the government and public sector space again means a great deal, because that market has shaped how we operate. In our 26th year, our team understands the particular realities of public entities and municipalities. Every technical team member holds CJIS certification. We know city management and utility billing applications. The goal has always been the same, which is to function as an extension of the organizations we serve rather than an outside vendor.
