What Is The AI Fluency Series?
The AI Fluency Series is a four-part, in-person AI training program from Dazzee IT Services, held once per quarter in Springfield, Missouri. It gives business owners, managers, and public sector leaders a structured path from using AI safely on day one to running AI across every department.
Most organizations are already using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Gemini, usually without settings reviewed, rules written, or results measured. Each level of the series tackles the next step in that journey: Foundations and Build, then Automate, then Govern, then Scale.
We run AI and automation engineering for organizations across Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, and Oklahoma every day, and this series teaches what we see working in practice. No hype, no jargon, and nothing you cannot apply the same week.
