Dazzee IT and Innovative Automations Launch Sold-Out AI Fluency Series in Springfield

Four-part educational series helps business leaders move beyond AI curiosity to practical, secure, and effective AI adoption.

Artificial intelligence is no longer something businesses can afford to simply watch from the sidelines. It's already changing how employees work, how organizations make decisions, and how everyday tasks get accomplished.

But knowing that AI is important and knowing how to use it effectively are two very different things.

That's why Dazzee IT Services and Innovative Automations are launching the AI Fluency Series: Your Practical Path to Safe and Effective AI, a four-part educational experience designed to help business leaders build real-world AI skills while understanding the security risks that come with this rapidly evolving technology.

The inaugural session, AI Fluency Level 1: Foundations and Build, takes place Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the beautiful Hotel Vandivort in downtown Springfield, Missouri.

And we're excited to announce that our first event is officially SOLD OUT!

The enthusiastic response confirms something we've been hearing from organizations throughout the region: business leaders are ready to move beyond the AI hype and start learning how to put these powerful tools to work.

AI Fluency Begins with Understanding the Risks

AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini are becoming part of everyday business operations. Employees are using them to write emails, analyze information, prepare reports, and brainstorm ideas.

But are they using them safely?

One of the most important topics in our first AI Fluency session is the difference between personal AI accounts and business-approved AI environments.

Many organizations don't realize that paying for an individual AI subscription doesn't automatically provide the administrative controls, data protections, or organizational oversight available through business accounts.

Participants will explore important questions, including:

  • What information is safe to share with AI?
  • How do personal and business AI accounts differ?
  • Can AI tools retain or use information entered by employees?
  • What happens when AI connects to company files, email, or customer records?
  • How can organizations prevent unauthorized AI usage and accidental data exposure?

Attendees will also learn about Shadow AI, the growing challenge of employees using AI tools without organizational approval or oversight.

Understanding these risks is an essential first step toward adopting AI responsibly.

From Basic Prompts to Better Business Results

Have you ever asked an AI tool to complete a task and received an answer that sounded impressive but wasn't quite what you needed?

The problem isn't always the technology. Sometimes, it's the instructions.

Our Level 1 session introduces participants to a practical five-part prompting framework that helps AI deliver more accurate, relevant, and useful results.

By providing clear roles, context, tasks, constraints, and desired outputs, users can dramatically improve the quality of their AI interactions.

Through hands-on exercises, attendees will see how the same basic request can produce very different results depending on how it's structured.

The goal isn't to turn everyone into a technology expert. It's to help everyday business professionals communicate with AI more effectively and confidently.

Building an AI That Understands Your Business

Another exciting part of the first session explores how AI can become more useful when it understands the person and organization using it.

Participants will learn how custom instructions, memory, and dedicated AI projects can help eliminate repetitive setup and create more consistent results.

Instead of explaining their role, audience, and preferences every time they start a conversation, users can build an AI environment that better supports their ongoing responsibilities.

We will have hands-on exercises that will guide attendees through creating a virtual Board of Directors, using AI to explore business decisions from multiple perspectives, including finance, marketing, operations, customer experience, and risk management.

Imagine having a team of virtual advisors available to challenge assumptions, evaluate options, and help you think through an important business decision.

AI doesn't replace human judgment, but it can become a valuable tool for making more informed decisions.

Understanding the Next Frontier: AI Agents and Automation

AI is quickly moving beyond answering questions, altering fun photos and generating content.

New capabilities allow AI tools to interact with applications, access information, complete multi-step assignments, and carry out certain tasks on behalf of users.

These capabilities introduce tremendous opportunities for productivity, but they also make security and oversight more important than ever.

During Level 1, attendees will be introduced to AI agents, connected applications, and the importance of establishing clear permissions before allowing AI to access company systems or take action.

It's an important foundation for understanding where business automation is headed and how organizations can prepare for it.

Four Sessions. One Goal: Real AI Fluency.

The AI Fluency Series isn't designed to be another presentation filled with technical jargon and futuristic predictions.

It's a practical, four-part learning experience built around helping organizations understand AI, use it responsibly, and discover meaningful ways to improve their operations.

The first session establishes the foundation through AI safety, effective prompting, personalization, and an introduction to AI agents.

Future sessions will build on that knowledge, helping participants move from understanding AI to applying it in increasingly valuable ways.

Our goal is simple: Help businesses stop wondering what AI might do and start understanding what they can safely accomplish with it.
