Edward: Welcome to Give IT To Me Straight, the podcast from DaZZee IT. Each week, we break down technology, cybersecurity, AI, and business IT into practical insights you can actually use. Now, here's your host, Shane Naugher.

Shane Naugher: My name is Shane Naugher. I'm the CEO and owner of DaZZee IT. We're a managed service provider providing IT services for small and medium-sized businesses across the Midwest for the last 26 years. Seven or eight years ago, we ran a service where we recorded educational videos for our prospects, our clients, and the community at large, helping make sense of the technology that comes into use inside businesses and organizations every day.

Shane Naugher: That fell off the tracks a few years back, and we haven't produced any recently. But I'm proud to say we're firing back up our service that we called Give IT To Me Straight. This will be a weekly recording, on a YouTube channel as well as a podcast. The idea is that you'll get to hear from each member of our team on technology topics, tips, and educational content to help you better leverage and use technology inside your organization.

Shane Naugher: One thing I know more than anything is that technology is constantly changing, and what we've seen from the AI perspective is like nothing we've ever seen in this industry before. We understand how challenging it can be to keep up to speed, and that's why we're firing this back up.

Shane Naugher: I'm excited to relaunch Give IT To Me Straight in the coming weeks. If you have ideas or questions you'd like us to cover, comment on the videos and let us know. We promise to keep these fairly short and to the point. The idea is to give you bite-sized nuggets of information on how to better leverage technology, and some of the new tools that are available.
